Given our significant rainfall averages, drainage can be a large problem for residents in the Northwest.  Therefore, it is important that efficient drain systems are properly installed.  This can be as simple as re-grading an area to “shed” water away from a structure or more complex requiring the setting of a catch basin or installing a French Drain. 

Our equipment operates on low ground pressure tracks, enabling us to work year round even on soft and muddy ground. 

Although most clients want their property graded flat and level, I often encourage more slope to allow water to flow away from structures.  This decreases the chance for erosion in the future.
